How to arrange a whole season of canteen duty

Set up the rota

In the admin portal the club admin creates a template: which days, which time slots, how many spots per slot. From that, Muster generates several weeks ahead in one go.

Share the link in the group

One sign-up link, to share in any WhatsApp group. Members enter their name and phone number and pick a free slot — no login, no app install.

Is a shift coming up in a few days with spots still free? Then Muster sends a reminder to the canteen group itself — with a limit, so nobody gets spammed.

Overview for everyone

A separate view link shows the whole rota, who's on when (first name) and where there's still room — without phone numbers, so safe to share widely.
