Parents sign up via the page you already share: one button for “I’m driving” with the number of seats. You see the status live, Muster builds the ride schedule and shares routes per driver. Short? Type EXTRA CAR.
🎒The backpack: what you know, stays
Who has no car, who needs to be home before nine, who to take aside during the warm-up — that’s in your head now and disappears when a coach changes. Record it in fixed categories; your successor gets the full picture. The parent automatically gets a message for every note, so everyone knows what’s recorded. No medical information: that’s up to the parents.
🔔Automatic reminders
2 hours before the start, non-responders automatically get a reminder. You don't have to do a thing.
👋Invite guest player
Short on match day? Type GUEST. Muster first asks around other teams in your age group, then the age above and below. Coaching U15-4? Then U15-1, U15-2, U15-3 and U15-5 are approached first, only then U14 and U16. The other coach can approve without you having to call.
🏆Quickly process results
Just finished? Type RESULT, give the score, pick the player of the match. The standings update automatically. Only coaches and club admins can enter results.
👨👩👧Link parents to children
For youth teams: the parent sends CHILD Mees and is linked immediately. No account, no child’s phone needed — the parent responds on behalf of the child.

Message other coaches without knowing their number. Type FINDTEAM, choose club and team, write your message. Muster routes it anonymously back and forth.

A dashboard on the website with all your teams, attendance, ongoing activities and your address-book conversations. Log in with your number + WhatsApp code, no password.

De andere coach kan direct antwoorden in WhatsApp; jij krijgt het bericht terug.
Eén tegelijk werkt: zodra een coach reageert, gaat het gesprek alleen tussen jullie tweeën.
Wil je niet meer? Typ STOP. Last van iemand? Typ BLOKKEER.

Speler Analyse — ontwikkeling zichtbaar maken
Optionele add-on (€39/mnd per club). Twee minuten per training of wedstrijd, en je hebt een compleet beeld van elke speler én van het team als geheel.
Voor de coach
Geen losse Excel of geheugen meer nodig. Na elke wedstrijd of training beoordeel je je selectie in twee minuten via WhatsApp. Het systeem houdt per speler de ontwikkeling bij — prestatie, inzet, aanwezigheid, coachability, teamwork en gedrag — en signaleert automatisch patronen in je eigen notities, met concrete, kant-en-klare oefeningen erbij.
Voor de club
De clubbeheerder heeft in één scherm inzicht over alle teams heen: welke spelers vooruitgaan, waar aandacht nodig is, en hoe elk team er per leeftijdscategorie voorstaat — inclusief grafisch overzicht. Handig bij teamindelingen, gesprekken met ouders, of gewoon om te zien of de club als geheel de goede kant op beweegt.
Voor de speler (en ouder)
Elke speler bouwt een eigen ontwikkelprofiel op, los van één toevallige goede of slechte dag. Als de club het aanzet, kan de speler of ouder zelf de eigen voortgang opvragen via WhatsApp — altijd positief, nooit een ranglijst, en coach-notities blijven te allen tijde intern.

Vraag de clubadmin om je toe te voegen
De clubadmin maakt je aan met je naam, telefoonnummer en team. Geen account, geen wachtwoord — gewoon je nummer.
Voeg Aantreden toe aan je team-app
Voeg het Aantreden-nummer toe aan de WhatsApp-groep van je team. Vanaf nu kunnen spelers (en ouders) reageren op uitnodigingen.
